Can't get flash to embed in content

Still having trouble with embedding flash in joomla 1.5 - it may be a permissions problem - easily fixed....

You may just need to remove the filtering options for super administrator - especially is you are using Joomal 1.5.8 + where the embdding of certain code is defaultly disallowed.

This is a security measure - so not a bad thing - but it is possibly blocking the code you are trying to embed. A solution is to remove filtering for superadministrator only (assuming you are superadministrator).

• In backend, click on content (top) and drop down article manager.
• In article manager, click on parameters (top right).
• In parameters, pop-up window, scroll-down to filtering options.
• In the window of filtering groups, highlight all groups except super administrator – then save (top right in pop-up window).
